Standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd Class which is normally a 2 day delivery. Costs are calculated at the checkout before you pay. You can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class for a small fee which is normally next business day delivery.
If there is a problem with the candle, please get in touch via the Contact Us page. We’d rather be given the opportunity to put things right rather than learning of a problem in a bad review.
All our tins are the larger 77mm x 65mm with 220ml capacity and can burn up to 40 hours. We don’t sell the small 100ml tins you might see other selling.
Each candle is packed in it’s own individual box so you can gift them pretty easily – however if you wanted us to put multiple candles in a larger box, simply let us know in the checkout notes.
We only ship to the UK.
In this Amazon ‘quick delivery’ age, people expect a rapid dispatch, so 95% of our orders will be shipped the same day if we get the order before lunchtime. Please note, whilst we dispatch quickly, sometimes Royal Mail do get backlogs and delays. Once it leaves us, its a little out of our control, so please be aware of this when ordering time sensitive gifts.
